CHANGING COMMUNITIES: Recent expansion of allowable Detached Accessory Dwelling Units (DADU) in Single Family Zones by the City of Seattle, a prefab green solution system was created for the changing economic conditions & leveraged for community property owners. Increasing suburban density inward rather than expanding outward is a sustainable solution. With various modular reconfigurations, an “Aging In Place” solution for parents & grandparents living solution is a possibility. Future income property options are possible too.
CHANGING ECONOMICS: Being lean & green is more important now than ever. Recycled cargo shipping containers from local Seattle Port & prefab green site delivered construction anchored via minimal pier supports is an economical & durable solution.
