Maximizing allowable density on three combined lots, we designed a seven home community around a pedestrian canyon at the project’s center. Parking is moved to the site’s edge, accessed fom a pervious driveway (solutions). We utilized sustainable technologies and sourced materials thoughtfully, designing seven unique 5 star BuiltGreen homes affordably for speculative purposes (economy). Within all homes, spaces are designed with specific purposes, but allow for additional uses (adaptability).

Homes range in size from 1660 sf to 2450 sf in two duplexes and one detached single-family house.
