Activating the corner split zone lot at E Yesler Way and 19th Ave are eleven homes and a “woonerf”, a common space to be shared by pedestrians and cars. It provides a treed place for owners to gather and access for cars. Decks at multiple floors look into the courtyard and woonerf (solutions). We utilized sustainable technologies and sourced materials thoughtfully, creating “custom” work and living spaces affordably for speculative purposes (economy). The five live-work townhomes provide an opportunity for a business owner to work and live in the same place (adaptability).

The residential townhomes range in size from 1235 square feet to 1607 square feet on three floors. The live-work townhomes range in size from 2016 square feet to 2496 square feet on four floors.
