Cooling garden courtyards providing abundant natural day lighting, elemental water features celebrating rainwater harvesting and the extensive use of sustainable materials are all incorporated into an open plan based on universal design concepts to appeal to a multi-generational homeowner. Transitions between public and private zones are expressed through composed landscape elements and framed views which create spaces that feel larger than their physical dimensions.
