This Project involves the redevelopment of a property located in the Leschi Neighborhood of Seattle. The Project call includes eight Townhouse units on a multifamily site zoned M1 and divided into three separate structures arranged around a courtyard. Each Unit is three levels and include a roof top deck. The decks and courtyard facilitate views to the lake and mountains to the east.

Vehicular access and parking take place off the Alley to the east and rear of the property. Entry to the Units occurs from the courtyard which also serves as a semi-private common space for the Residents of the Project.

The Courtyard, the staggered arrangement of the Units and large startegically placed openings combine to take advantage of the eastern views while maintaining a sense of privacy for the inhabitamts.
