eHAB is a revolutionary concept in sustainable building and living. eHAB is designed to evolve seamlessly as lifestyles, technologies and conditions change, minimizing environmental impact.

Through prefabrication and wide load delivery, eHAB reduces costs and shortens lead times. eHAB’s high execution standards and controlled production environment allow the use of structural members as exposed finishes.

eHAB may be bought and sold without land, and relocated anywhere a truck, crane or barge can travel. Through its multiple relocation cycles and light environmental impact, eHAB creates new possibilities for residential land leases: active farms, conservation lands, etc.

eHAB's robust frame and assemblies create a residential architecture that is long-lasting rather than disposable, with a service life over 150 years. eHAB readily engages changing systems and technologies, allowing each dwelling to evolve over time.

Designed for self-sufficiency, eHAB can be delivered with integrated solar and wind power generation, water catchment and composting sanitary systems. Its highly insulated envelope minimizes external energy needs.

eHAB is engineered for extreme environments: hurricanes (130mph winds), snow loads (250 lbs per sf), seismic exposure "D" forces, corrosive marine environments, and extreme rains.

To reduce the weight for lifting cycles, eHAB utilizes a dual roof structure. The broad steel roof decking is detachable, leaving the roof insulation and waterproof membrane supported by the wood ceiling.

eHAB earns LEED PLATINUM with simple site development practices.
